The 37th Dallas Fobana created a new milestone of success, surpassing any recent Fobana event.
38th Washington Fobana next year after the successful 37th Fobana reunion fair. The Bangladesh Association of North Texas (BANT) is bringing new life to Phobana. More than 15,000 visitors came to Dallas Fobana in three days. Unprecedented scenes of buying tickets in line at the box office were seen. The 4 floors of the Irving Center have become a small 'Bangladesh'. From 3 p.m. on Friday, September 1st, to 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, the Irving Center was full of Bangladeshis.

The opening ceremony of the 37th FOBANA was ushered in by the national anthems of Bangladesh, America, and Canada in the evening at the Irving Convention Center in Dallas in the presence of 2,000 spectators who attended FOBANA on the opening day on Friday—i n the joint presentation of Diba Saha, Sadman Farib, Farhanaz Reza, Sharmina Sonia, RJ Rahi and Abir Alamgir, the Mayor of Irving City Rock Stauffer said that Fobana will build a bridge between Bangladesh and America as the chief guest at the inauguration ceremony of Fobana. Bangladeshis are playing a role in building America. Chittagong University Pro VC Dr. Benu Roy, Dhaka Daffodil University Founder Sabur Khan, Bangladesh International Mother Language Institution Director Hakeem Arif, and Washington University Chairman Mr. Abu Hanif spoke as special guests.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Fobana Vice Chairman Masud Rob Chowdhury, Fobana Chairman Dr. Ehsan Hero, Fobana Executive Secretary Nahidul Khan Sahel, Host Committee Member Secretary Samsud Doha Sagar and 37th Fobana Convener Hasnat Mobin.

Fobana's grand opening ceremony preceded a black tie dinner at 6 p.m. Two hundred guests participated there.

The Irving Convention Center in Las Colinas was packed with 5,000 visitors on Saturday, the second day of the Dallas FoBana. It seemed like all the Bangladeshis in Dallas had left.

On Saturday morning there were many seminars, poetry sessions, book fairs, book unveilings, Fobana EC meetings, and cultural evenings.

Over a thousand Bangladeshi expatriate families from 16 states stayed at the Westin Hotel in Dallas and enjoyed a three-day Fobana.

Fobana Executive Secretary Nahidul Khan Sahel, Fobana Election Commissioner Mahbub Rahim, Fobana Treasurer Dr. Muhammad Ali Manik, Journalist Jewel Sadat, and Writer Qazi Hassan were invited.

On the second day, Saturday, one of the poetry jalsa of Fobana started at 2 o'clock. There was an exhibition of rare collections of the Liberation War and a book fair. The Kavya Jalsa had poetry recitation by North American poets and writers, Anis Ahmed's discussion on the language of Bengali literature and solo singing on both days.

On Saturday and Sunday, poetry jalsa and book fair premises were crowded with writers and reciting poems. Farhad Hossain, convener of the book fair, said that good books by North American writers are sold in the book fair.

Saturday was the presence of the Badbhanga diaspora in Phobana. The Irving Center needed more room for the influx of thousands of immigrants. Outside, food stalls and vendor stalls were crowded. The cloth stalls on the fourth floor are also crowded. Food quality and prices were acceptable. Everyone got food from morning till late night. Member Secretary Samsud Doha Sagar said I confirmed the cost of food several times with the food vendors. Mr. Haroon, the owner of Yummy Burger, the grand sponsor of the 37th Fobana, served lunch and an affordable breakfast every morning at Naam Metra Mulya. Many people who came to Fobana said this time. They saw the sincerity of the food vendors and the quality of the food.

There were several seminars on the third day as well. Women Empire, Phobana Youth Seminar, and Fobana Talent Hunt were some of the attractions. The Fobana talent hunt was packed with excitement. Everyone did very well. The new generation understood how patriotic. In a word, unique. The With Forum session was filled to the brim. Many had yet to learn that so many young people could gather in a seminar. The new generation learned a lot from the extended session of the youth forum.

Also, in the two-day program, there were excellent performances by the participation of the new generation. With the involvement of Bengali business people and entrepreneurs from different parts of the world, including North America, interesting events including business network lunch, discussions on immigration laws, performances by popular artists from Bangladesh and local artists, awarding of awards to various individuals and organizations who have contributed to the Bengali diaspora society.

About 50 artists, including Mithali Mukherjee, Imran, Kana, Rizia Parveen, Shahnaz Beli, Muja, Nirjhar, Romel Ahmed, Sonia Hasan, Rupali Rushni, Arjin Kamal, Sheikh Lemon, Adiba Mobin and Momos performed music on Saturday and Sunday. On the second day at 1 a.m., the new generation of Crush Moza took the stage, and The whole audience became different. Hundreds of young audience came to the front of the stage. Moza kept 5000 audiences enthralled for 1 hour. Shafin Ahmed was the last such artist on Saturday. On Sunday, Imran also stayed up till half past midnight.

There was an impeccable fashion show representing the various days of the year and a 70s to 2020 song and dance performance.
There was a crowd of expatriates to take the services of the Bangladesh Consulate in Fhoban.

Sixty-two organization organizers from 29 cities in 18 American states and Canada participated in the conference. In past meetings, it has been seen that the main stage programs have more audience presence and attraction, but in this conference, apart from the main stage program, various programs were held on the four floors of the convention hall. Bunt's 37th FOBANA took up the entire 1 lakh square feet of the Irving Convention Center. Phobana has made history this time.
