The newly elected committee of Chittagong Samiti is in charge of New York.

On Monday, December 2, the interim committee formally handed over its responsibilities to the newly elected committee of Chittagong Samiti. After serving for nearly nineteen months, all the matters of the interim committee were handed over to the officials of the new committee. The "Chittagong Bhaban" and related matters were officially handed over.

The newly elected committee, led by the newly elected president of Chittagong Samiti, Mohammad Abu Taher, held its first meeting immediately after taking charge of the interim committee.

The meeting thanked the members of the interim committee and the Election Commission. Residents of different areas of Chittagong were present at the Doa Mahfil and Milad Mahfil.

After the Doa Mahfil, the newly elected general secretary of the association, Mohammad Ariful Islam, gave a brief speech to everyone, and the president, Mohammad Abu Taher, declared the event over with a vote of thanks.
